Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional cook who can also double up as Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. This role offers an engaging environment where you can develop your skills in the hospitality industry while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times Assist with basic food preparation and meal assembly as required Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitising surfaces Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly Support team members during busy periods to ensure excellent service delivery Uphold high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer care throughout your shift

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is desirable but not essential Familiarity with food safety protocols and meal preparation techniques is advantageous Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant or cafe is preferred Knowledge of serving procedures and customer service excellence will be beneficial Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary practices and hospitality standards
