Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Cooking Show Coordinator (CSC)

to manage the organisation and scheduling of our cooking shows from our NE29 office. You'll be the central link between our presenters, clients, and guests, ensuring every event is well-prepared and professionally delivered.

This is a

full-time, office-based role

suited for someone who enjoys administration, logistics, and communication in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan & schedule

all cooking shows, demonstrations, and follow-up appointments.

Coordinate with clients, hosts, and presenters

to confirm details and attendance.

Prepare event packs and materials

to ensure each show is ready to run smoothly.

Track and update databases

of bookings, attendees, and outcomes.

Handle enquiries

via phone and email in a professional, friendly manner.

Maintain inventory

of cookware, demonstration tools, and promotional materials.

Support the Operations Manager

with office administration and reporting.
Requirements

Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face). Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools. Reliable, proactive, and detail-focused. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in administration, event coordination, or customer service is desirable.
