I am seeking a skilled cook to join the business in preparing delicious and high-quality prepped meals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a full-time position with the expectation to further expand the team and progression opportunities to come available.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes with precision
- Coordinate food production
- Ensure food safety standards and records are met at all times
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently
Experience
- Proven experience in a chef/cook role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Leadership abilities
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and equipment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
