Job Description

We are looking for an experienced part time cook.

This position is 3 days a week, the hours are 7am - 2.30pm. Monday, Tuesday & Friday.

At Abbies cafe we are very passionate about delivering great quality food and drink, combined with excellent customer service. Every day is a different day for us! It is a family run business owned by 2 sisters and we are extremely friendly and fun.

As our cook, we will be looking for you to share your knowledge, experience and creativity with our Food and Beverage to deliver a menu to the highest standards at all times.

You will have previous experience of working in a fast paced environment and be someone who thrives under pressure.

Food dishes include, breakfast, omelettes, pancakes, sandwiches. Daily specials, pie and casseroles.

We are a small but busy kitchen. Knowledge of organisation and preparation is essential. Includes cleaning and looking after equipment.

Health and safety certificate is required (please note we will pay for you to do a healthy and safety course if your certificate needs updating or if you don't have one)

Please do not apply if you have no experience. We are looking for someone who has experience and has worked in a busy kitchen before.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
