About Us:

Akasaka is a Korean and Japanese fusion restaurant with branches in Central Milton Keynes and Northampton. We're known for fresh ingredients, great flavours, and delicious sushi and Asian dishes.

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and hard-working people to join our kitchen team in Northampton.

Main Duties:

Assist chefs with food preparation and service Cook dishes following our recipes and quality standards Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety rules Work with the team to ensure meals are served on time Keep your work area tidy and organised Check stock levels and assist with ordering when needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and cooking techniques Good understanding of food hygiene and safety Ability to work well under pressure Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work evenings and weekends Flexibility with shift times

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
