To work 4 days per week, on a rotational basis, from 7am to 3pm and 11am to 6pm
To prepare and serve breakfast and lunch and make preparations for a teatime meal for up to 40 residents.
To ensure health, hygiene and safety standards are implemented, maintained and documented correctly.
To assist in planning creative and imaginative menus to reflect the seasons.
To ensure the nutritional needs and personal requirements of the users of the home are met.
Our requirements -
Previous experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year experience.
Organizational experience.
Home baking skills.
Imagination and flair and a willingness to develop the role.
A desire to cater for people with differing nutritional needs.
Your responsibilities-
To ensure provision of a nutritious and balanced diet catering for all differing requirements.
To ensure the kitchen is run effectively and that all standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
