Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Support cooking activities, ensuring dishes are prepared efficiently and to high quality Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Help with serving customers when required, providing excellent customer service Ensure ingredients and supplies are stocked and properly stored Contribute to maintaining a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues

Qualifications

Experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary field is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Previous restaurant or catering experience is advantageous Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Enthusiasm for learning new skills and developing within the hospitality sector
