Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our family run tearooms. The ideal candidate will have a background in cooking, food prep and food safety. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while producing high quality homemade food.

As we are a small team it would be a bonus if you have experience with customer service and are willing to help front of house if needed.

Work Schedule

Wednesday til Sunday

Every Monday and Tueaday off

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of our homemade goods. Prepare and complete customers orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Qualifications

Experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or culinary setting. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
