Summary

We are seeking a talented Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Lakeside Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly. Your culinary skills will contribute significantly to our mission of delighting our guests with every dish.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to menu specifications. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Assist in meal preparation and presentation for service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during busy periods. Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food preparation. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
