Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes provided
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to plan and execute menu items
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Strong culinary skills with a focus on meal preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
