Today, with three properties in the portfolio (Clawford Lakes, Lakeview Manor and Otter Falls), the Group has both the financial backing and the ambition to expand and develop as relevant additional growth opportunities become available. The current portfolio has a mix of quality self-catering rental cottages and lodges, hotel accommodation and lodges for ownership, and provides a range of catering and leisure facilities on the sites to complement the consumer offer.

Lakeview Manor is currently expanding our lodge park with a further 26 lodges, we also have planning permission for a new swimming pool and gym.

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our ever-growing team as Cook/Kitchen Hand.

This role will work under the supervision of the Manager and work with the team to achieve a high standard throughout the customer journey.

The duties will include but not be limited to:

Assisting with food preparation activities such as cleaning, cutting, chopping, and peeling food ingredients Assist with the preparation of all food, considering specific needs and special dietary requirements Assist in the planning of menus and orders Always maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards Deputise for the Head Chef when needed Manage stock control and rotation. Shifts will be evenings 5pm til finish and Sundays 11am til 4pm
This is a temporary position to cover staff absense.
