We are looking for a hands-on team member for our Turkish food truck. Main duties include cooking, cutting salad, serving customers, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Cook and prepare Turkish dishes
Chop vegetables and prepare salads
Serve customers and take payments
Clean work area and maintain hygiene
Restock ingredients and supplies

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals served.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
A passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes that enhance the dining experience.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
