Duties

Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager.
Maintain an organised work area, ensuring that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the culinary field.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
