. Reporting to the Site Manager;

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Delivering the highest standards of food for our clients through immaculate food presentation. Plan and execute preparations of meals in a timely manner. Maintain the highest standards in food hygiene, service & presentation (HACCP & Health & Safety Legislation) Assist with food orders in line with company purchasing policy, ensuring that only suppliers from the approved supplier list are used. To ensure that any Food Safety/Quality records assigned to you are being carried out daily within the kitchen and related areas, without exception. To share responsibility with the Site Manager for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries to ensure that only the highest standards of produce is accepted into the units. To maintain good communications and working relationship with customers, business partners and all staff. Support front of house team when necessary.

Requirements:

Qualification 1-2 years' experience in a kitchen. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene

The Person:

Experience of working in a similar role: preparing hot and cold meals, snacks, bakery, and sweets. Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. Ensures a safe & harmonious work environment is maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures. Attention to detail in all aspects of the work. Enthusiastic and passionate about our customer service and reputation. Self-motivated, working independently and on own?initiative. Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude.
