Corporate Events Coordinator

, you'll play a central role in delivering seamless, engaging events that reflect our commitment to excellence in healthcare.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of events including scientific congresses, investigator meetings, training workshops, leadership summits, and client conferences. In addition, you'll take ownership of

internal company events

, helping to plan and deliver

team training days, staff recognition and awards ceremonies, team-building days out, and internal celebrations

that support Kara Healthcare's culture and values.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisation, communication, and coordination skills -- and a passion for delivering high-quality delegate experiences.

Key Responsibilities Delegate & Event Logistics



Manage delegate, travel, accommodation, dietary needs, and accessibility arrangements Set up and manage online registration websites and delegate portals Coordinate communications with attendees and stakeholders pre-, during, and post-event Prepare and produce event materials such as signage, itineraries, badges, and welcome packs Attend events on-site to manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery Procure and manage equipment, technology, branded materials, and on-site resources Assist with venue sourcing, proposals, and presentation materials Ensure sustainability, accessibility, and compliance are considered in all event planning

Internal Corporate Events (Kara Healthcare)



Plan and deliver engaging

internal events

such as: Staff training days Team-building activities and days out Employee awards and recognition events Internal celebrations, seasonal events, and company milestones Work closely with HR and leadership to align events with employee engagement and wellbeing strategies Coordinate venues, catering, guest speakers, and entertainment for internal events Other cooperate events for Kara Healthcare Manage employee communications, feedback, and post-event evaluations

Client & Stakeholder Liaison



Maintain strong, professional communication with clients and internal teams Ensure all logistics are aligned with client goals and expectations Develop and maintain detailed client files and timelines Build lasting relationships with delegates and key contacts through thoughtful service

Budgeting & Reporting



Assist with budget creation, tracking, and final reconciliations Identify opportunities for cost savings and added value Comply with client and company invoicing procedures Provide clear and timely financial and performance reports

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in corporate or healthcare event coordination, or a relevant degree (e.g. Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing) Experience organising both

external client-facing events

and

internal corporate events

Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality experiences Intermediate or above in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
