Duties Include
Coordinate activities, timelines, and communications across all four Key4Life regions.
Support the successful delivery of our prison and at-risk programmes in collaboration with the delivery team.
Oversee internal systems, ensuring adherence to organisational policies, risk management processes, and safeguarding protocols.
Manage team calendars and logistics, ensuring that events, meetings, and programmes are well-organised.
Assist with the day-to-day running of our offices and support administrative staff as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience:
A strong passion for changing lives and empowering young people.
Proven experience working in high-pressure environments - voluntary sector experience is ideal but not essential.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Confident and articulate with good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, calendar tools).
Professional, reliable, and capable of representing Key4Life to partners and stakeholders.
