About the role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of Social Care in Ceredigion?



We're looking for a motivated Co-ordinator to join our Targeted Care & Enablement Team.



In this key role, you'll work with local providers, partners and service users to develop and co-produce high quality, person-centred services. You'll lead on market engagement, provider quality assurance and market shaping - ensuring that local care services can meet current and future needs.



We're seeking someone with strong partnership, communication, and analytical skills, and experience in social care commissioning or service co-ordination. In return, you'll join a supportive, forward-thinking council that values innovation, flexibility and community impact.
