We're now looking for a Co-Pack Quality Technician to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards by performing inspections, maintaining compliance with customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement across our co-pack operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure customer standards are met and comply with Quality Systems Maintain accurate documentation for audits and support external auditors during inspections Monitor and calibrate measuring equipment, escalating any non-compliance issues promptly Drive corrective actions for product quality issues and complete root cause analysis for customer complaints Promote a clean, safe working environment and assess supplier compliance with quality requirements

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous experience in a quality-focused role (essential); experience in food manufacturing or co-pack environments is an advantage Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to manage files and records effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and explain methodologies and work collaboratively in a team Ability to interpret written, spoken, or diagrammatic instructions accurately, combined with strong problem-solving skills Confident in engaging with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high standards
