HOUSEKEEPING HOMESTAY SPECIALIST COPYWRITER

Full-time Copywriter

We are on the search for an experienced copywriter to join our in-house marketing team. With a creative but commercial mind, you will deliver inspiring and captivating content to engage our customers, owners and brand followers in-line with brand guidelines.

The Person

You will be reliable, self-motivated, and experienced with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be full of enthusiasm, with the ability to work quickly and accurately under strict deadlines by prioritising effectively. A demonstrable and genuine interest in luxury homes and travel will give you an advantage. The perfect candidate will have proven copywriting experience for a comparable brand, a good eye for detail, as well as excellent written and grammatical skills. Experience in proof-reading and creative writing or journalism for digital media is essential. Candidates with sound knowledge of SEO and digital marketing will be at a strong advantage.

Experience and Skills

A genuine interest in, and knowledge of beautiful properties and luxury travel Excellent communication skills ? both written and verbal At least two years? experience in a similar field as a copywriter Undergraduate degree, preferably in English, journalism, media studies or public relations Strong editorial judgement and ability to communicate effectively with different audiences The ability to fulfil copy requirements as outlined in the content strategy Versatility in being able to adapt copy to a range of mediums including property pages, social media, journal entries, newsletters etc. Excellent grammar, writing and proof-reading skills Commercially minded while writing to inspire Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player Good understanding of SEO in practice, with experience of writing for websites Experience of leading proactive and reactive communications plans Knowledge of how to engage audiences through a variety of communication platforms ? website, newsletters and digital Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise workload efficiently to meet deadlines

The Specifics

This role is a full time, working Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm each week You will have 22 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, and your birthday off

Starting salary is in the region of 35k- but can be flexible dependent on experience
