The Role
We're looking for a talented Copywriter to help shape and improve the patient journey from beginning to end. You'll play a key role in how patients discover Love Teeth Dental, understand their treatment, and feel supported at every touchpoint--both digitally and in-practice.
Key Responsibilities
Create and refine copy across the
full patient journey
, including:
Website content
Appointment booking, reminders, and follow-up communications
Patient education and treatment explanations
Develop engaging
marketing collateral
, such as:
Brochures, flyers, welcome packs, and treatment guides
Email campaigns and newsletters
Social media and promotional content
Write clear, compelling copy for
physical advertising
, including:
In-practice signage and wayfinding
Posters, window graphics, and local print ads
Ensure all copy reflects Love Teeth Dental's
brand voice
, values, and tone
Collaborate with clinicians, designers, and management to ensure accuracy and consistency
Help reduce patient anxiety and improve engagement through empathetic, accessible language
About You
Proven experience as a
Copywriter or Content Writer
Strong understanding of
customer/patient journey mapping
Ability to turn complex or clinical information into clear, friendly copy
Experience producing both
digital and print materials
Excellent attention to detail and editing skills
Healthcare, dental, or service-industry experience is a bonus
