Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Martial Arts Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts and experience in teaching or coaching sports. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and skills with students of all ages and abilities, fostering a positive and motivating environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging martial arts lessons that cater to various skill levels. Teach techniques, forms, and self-defence strategies while ensuring student safety at all times. Create a supportive atmosphere that encourages personal growth, discipline, and respect among students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Organise and participate in events, competitions, and demonstrations to promote the martial arts programme. Maintain an orderly and clean training environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and properly stored. Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall curriculum and student experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in martial arts with relevant qualifications or certifications. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively. A passion for martial arts and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. First Aid certification is an advantage but not essential Join us as we inspire the next generation of martial artists!
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 20.00-50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week
