GoodLaw Solicitors LLP is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with 5 or more years of post-qualification experience to join our growing team in Brighton and Hove. We are a vibrant, friendly firm seeking the best talent to join and grow with us. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a key role within a developing team, advising a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large corporations.

Key duties include:

Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions, company formations, shareholders' agreements, and joint ventures

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including supply agreements, service agreements, and terms and conditions

Providing strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management

Providing non-contentious employment / TUPE advice

Assisting on sales of SPVs whose sole/main asset is real estate

Managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities

Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors or paralegals, where appropriate
