First-class corporate team in London has an opening for an associate around the 3 to 5 PQE level. Known to excel in large cross-border work, the majority of the team's transactions have a multi-jurisdictional focus. If you are looking to gain some of the best M&A experience available then this is a superb opportunity to explore.
The highly successful department will provide the work and training for you to become one of the best transactional lawyers in the City. You will need a stellar academic background and experience gained from a leading UK, US or top tier Australian/NZ firm. As well as having strong technical knowledge, you must be a team player and have excellent client relationship skills.
