Corporate Associate - NQ - 2 PQE Top 50 international law firm | London | xc2xa378,000 - xc2xa385,000 A corporate associate is offered an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leading corporate team at this top tier international practice, in London. The firm, which ranks as one of the leading firms in London, with a particular focus on Corporate as their core practice, are looking to expand their Corporate offering with the addition of a junior associate, from newly qualified, up to two years' post qualification experience. The corporate team in London is highly established, with over 30 fee earners, including 15 Partners, 2 Legal Directors, 6 Senior Associates, 8 Associates, and 1 Professional Support Lawyer, offering a great amount of exposure, working directly with the Partners on high-value and complex Corporate matters across a range of sectors, including tech, FinTech, financial services, professional services, and real estate. In terms of the work which the team undertakes, this predominantly consists of: - Private & Public M&A - VC - ECM - General Corporate Advisory - Banking, security and insolvency - Start-ups - Reorganisations - Alternative finance The salary bracket for the roles starts at xc2xa378k from NQ level, up to xc2xa385k at 2 PQE, in addition to a relatively industry standard bonus scheme, activated for hitting the hours target of 1400. This position is ideally suited to junior corporate associates.
