  • Act as strategic guardian of Trustpilot's reputation - developing messaging, press releases, media statements, and Q&As that communicate our mission, strengths, and strategic priorities
  • Drive global media relations - managing agency partners, cultivating journalist relationships, and securing impactful earned media coverage
  • Oversee crisis and issues management, ensuring Trustpilot is prepared and responsive with clear, timely, and consistent communications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Legal, and People teams to align communications with company goals and campaigns
  • Manage measurement and insights - monitoring media coverage, tracking KPIs, and evolving strategy based on results
  • Optimise processes and tools - from media monitoring platforms to award submissions and communications workflows

  • A proven track record of leading communications strategy at a global level, with both proactive and reactive (crisis) experience
  • A natural storyteller with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills - able to simplify complexity and inspire trust
  • Experienced in managing PR agencies and budgets, with sound judgment on media, reputation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple priorities, and adjusting quickly in response to shifting circumstances
  • Collaborative and influential - able to build strong relationships across executive leadership, global teams, and external stakeholders
  • Curious, resilient, and business-minded - motivated by the challenge of strengthening reputation in a dynamic, evolving industry
What's in it for you:
  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • Restrictive Stock Units
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
