We're looking for a Corporate Communications Lead who will work to capture, curate and share key moments and stories from around our business; celebrating external news, managing the cascade of company information, and finding and sharing stories about our fantastic people. The role's primary function is to create and maintain content for Vizrt's internal communication channels, across written, video or other media, in order to improve employee engagement and further strengthen our culture.


This is an exciting role for someone with an Internal Comms background but a broader understanding of corporate communications, including PR and Social Media. They will report to VP Communications, but work closely with the wider comms function, ensuring the interconnectedness of internal and external comms for optimum timing and impact.

Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

Creating & maintaining content on, and managing the development of, Vizrt's intranet "Stories" pages,in order to educate, excite and engage our people Ensuring a consistent rhythm of news that is inclusive of our global organisation and aligned to our strategic priorities Management and coordination of other intranet editors and internal spokespeople, creating a network of comms champions across sites and functions, and ensuring our communications are inclusive of all functions and voices Supporting the VP Communications to plan and curate content for publishing by the General Management (Executive) Team Executing the delivery of key internal events such as global Town Halls and Kick Off events, in collaboration with the events team, technical teams, and other stakeholders Editing internally produced videos for publication, using our wide range of media and broadcast tools Monitoring all Vizrt channels, including establishing and tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness, progress and impact of our internal communications, and making suggestions for improvement including new tools or practices Production of weekly internal newsletter & maintenance of other internal comms channels e.g. digital signage Developing a self-service model, providing advice, training and comms toolkits where necessary, to help all functions effectively manage their own content and pages Working with Social Media and PR, to help integrate external and internal communications, planning and sharing content across all Vizrt channels


Other responsibilities include:

Engaging in both global and local CSR initiatives Supporting employer branding and ambassadorship initiatives


Experience

2+ years in Internal Communications, preferably in a fast-paced technology organisation Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills Experience in collaborating across cross-functional teams and forging strong relationships and partnerships Excellent project management skills, including prioritisation and attention to detail Experience with SharePoint and other MS Office applications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent Video editing skills would be advantageous
