Corporate Communications Lead

to shape how we connect with our colleagues and couriers, drive engagement, and protect and promote our brand reputation from the inside out. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful internal communication campaigns and build strong engagement strategies that bring our people strategy to life across our corporate teams and nationwide courier network. You'll be at the heart of shaping how our people feel informed, connected, and inspired. From running leadership events and internal campaigns to managing crisis communications and our digital news platforms, this role gives you the chance to lead, influence, and deliver meaningful change.

Leading internal and courier communications strategy - from design to execution - across all channels and formats. Managing proactive and reactive communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging through change, projects, and peak periods. Building and maintaining strong relationships with HR, operational leaders, and the wider business to deliver aligned and effective comms solutions. Shaping and delivering high-impact colleague and courier engagement campaigns tied to our people strategy. Managing and evolving internal comms channels including intranet, courier news, email, digital signage, and team briefings. Owning leadership events, from planning content and presentations to securing internal and external speakers. Supporting our charity partnerships, leading weekly calls and managing internal campaign delivery. Managing and developing a high-performing communications team.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field (CIPR membership desirable). 3+ years in a senior internal comms or corporate communications role. Proven success in leading cross-functional campaigns and managing multi-channel internal comms. Outstanding writing, editing, and copywriting skills -- with excellent attention to detail. Deep understanding of employee engagement, change comms and crisis management. Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing at Exec level. Able to analyse engagement metrics and apply insight to drive continuous improvement. Agency and vendor management experience desirable.
