Corporate Debt Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide guidance, advice, support and direction on debt management Assist in ensuring that an effective and efficient service is provided across the organisation Develop appropriate partnership arrangements with external agencies Deal appropriately with all complaints and representations Provide leadership to initiate drive and cultural change
To succeed in this role you will have the following:

Experience of managing the delivery of customer focused services. Experience of partnership working with a range of agencies to deliver quality services to the public. Successful performance management of a team of employees. A detailed knowledge of allocations and debt issues and relevant policies and procedures. Have effective leadership skills, using communication, negotiation and motivation. Analytical and interpretational skills.
