About The Role
Knight Frank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate ESG Reporting Manager to support our growing ESG reporting function. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of ESG frameworks, strong data and analytical skills, and the ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.

What the role will entail
As a
Corporate ESG Reporting Manager
within our Corporate ESG function, you will lead the delivery of high-quality ESG reporting and disclosures for our global
real estate professional services business
. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely reporting in alignment with both voluntary ESG frameworks and emerging regulatory requirements.
You will oversee the coordination of cross-functional data collection, implementation and management of corporate ESG data systems, and support the integration of climate strategy and carbon reduction targets into our internal reports and disclosures. You'll also line manage a team member supporting their development and ensuring effective day-to-day support across reporting workstreams.
In addition, the role will support the development of our global net zero strategy, aligned with science-based targets, and lead its execution where required. You will provide analytical insight to drive performance and ensure our climate ambitions are embedded across reporting and strategic initiatives.
This is a hands-on and strategic position suited to a sustainability professional with
5-7 years of experience
and a strong understanding of the ESG landscape, ideally within the built environment or professional services sectors.

What you will be responsible for
Leading the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of corporate ESG disclosures across a range of voluntary and mandatory frameworks (e.g.,
GRI, CDP, TCFD, ISSB/IFRS, CSRD, SECR
)
Overseeing the development and rollout of
ESG data management systems
, working closely with internal IT and other inhouse partners to ensure systems are fit-for-purpose and scalable
Overseeing the full ESG data lifecycle; from request and collection to validation, analysis, and assurance, in partnership with Finance, Operations, HR, and other functions
Advising on carbon management and emissions reduction in order to embed
climate and carbon performance tracking
into regular ESG reporting processes, ensuring alignment with our
net-zero and carbon reduction goals
Supporting the production of external-facing materials such as our
Annual ESG/Sustainability Report
, climate disclosures, and other stakeholder communications
Staying abreast of ESG regulations and real estate market expectations to advise the business on disclosure readiness and reporting improvements
Acting as the main point of contact for external ESG raters and disclosure platforms (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, Sustainalytics) and coordinating third-party data assurance as required
Line managing one ESG team member, providing day-to-day guidance, performance development, and oversight of their contribution to reporting and project delivery
Contributing to internal ESG communications and training to improve awareness of data requirements, progress against targets, and reporting outcomes

What experience you will need
5-7 years of experience
in ESG reporting or sustainability roles, ideally within a
professional services or real estate organisation
Proven experience managing ESG disclosures aligned to key voluntary and regulatory frameworks (e.g.,
GRI, TCFD, ISSB, CSRD, SECR
)
Strong working knowledge of
carbon and energy management, alongside climate reporting
, including Scope 1-3 emissions, net-zero strategies, and alignment with the
GHG Protocol
and
SBTi
Experience with implementing or managing ESG
data platforms or digital reporting systems
(e.g. Sphera, Microsoft Sustainability Manager)
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex workflows across multiple teams and regions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and presenting ESG data clearly to non-experts
Demonstrated experience in
people management
, with the ability to lead and support a junior team member
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI); experience working with data assurance providers is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or ESG certification (e.g., GRI Certified, FSA Credential, CFA ESG) preferred
