We are looking for an Associate to join our Monitoring Trustee Team in London. We are a small, relationship-driven team with a particular focus on competition clearances required for domestic and cross-border transactions, specifically the monitoring of remedies, typically business carve-outs, corporate disposals, and behavioral undertakings. This is a rapidly developing market and we have an extensive track-record of acting on major cases in the UK and internationally. You'll make an impact by:

  • Working closely with senior professionals in the team, gaining valuable exposure to a broad range of businesses, sectors, and diverse case types.
  • Contributing to the assessment of detailed remedy measures, collaborating with management teams to ensure issues are appropriately addressed.
  • Developing your ability to identify business opportunities and deepening your understanding of how competition regulation influences mergers, market investigations, and state aid cases.
