This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a Big 4, ACA qualified Auditor to join a Corporate Finance firm in Manchester. No prior M&A experience needed.

• Assist in the preparation of financial models and forecasts to support corporate finance projects.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess business performance and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial assessments.
• Participate in due diligence processes and evaluate potential investments or acquisitions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide support in business valuations and strategic planning initiatives.

A successful Corporate Finance Executive should have:
