Corporate Finance Manager
Job Description
We are recruiting for a Corporate Finance Manager to join the highly successful corporate finance team of a fast-growing accountancy firm in the Lewes area, East Sussex.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly-skilled, award-winning team that carries out a range of work including managing acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, raising finance, etc.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners and the director, taking charge of all stages of transactions, including due diligence reports and valuations. You will engage with owner-managed, entrepreneurial, and private equity-backed businesses across a range of industries and sectors. This diverse and dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in corporate finance.
About you:
- Either you will have already gained some experience as a corporate finance executive/assistant manager
- Or, be working in an audit/accountancy practice role and are now looking to move into corporate finance
- Probably ACA/ACCA/CF qualified (or nearly qualified)
- Good attention to detail, excellent presentation & report writing, and project management skills
- Ambitious and keen to pursue a career in corporate finance
