A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

• Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
