About the Role:
As a Corporate Finance Manager at Xeinadin, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients by managing end-to-end transactions and providing high-quality commercial insights and market research.
Lead and manage corporate finance transactions from inception to completion.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle.
Prepare and review Information Memoranda and detailed buyer research.
Develop and assess financial forecasts, business plans, and models.
Provide expert guidance on transaction structuring, including working capital and free cash flow.
Lead negotiations involving complex deal elements with clients and their advisors.
Drive business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow our pipeline.
Contribute to pitch meetings and support the firm's ongoing growth strategy.
Mentor and supervise junior team members to achieve their professional goals.
Qualifications:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or Qualified by Experience).
Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience leading successful corporate finance transactions.
Strong client relationship and project management skills.
Proven ability to perform under pressure and deliver exceptional results.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving capabilities.
Confident communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders and managing negotiations.
Experienced in financial modelling and reviewing technical outputs.
Ability to coach and motivate junior staff and foster a high-performance team culture.
