?Corporate Finance Senior Manager (M&A) - Solihull

Accountancy recruitment specialists Clark Wood have recently been instructed by a highly reputable, Solihull based client to source an experienced M&A focussed Corporate Finance Senior Manager or Associate Director.
?
With a well-established presence in the lower-middle market, they bring extensive expertise in cross-border M&A. Their client portfolio includes diverse engagements, from facilitating cash outs for high-growth entrepreneurs to advising large corporates on acquisition strategies. Transactions tend to range from between 10 million to 100 million.
?
Participation in various transactions, including trade sales and private equity deals, involves working independently with junior assistance on straightforward cases and collaborating with Directors/Partners on intricate matters as needed.
?
Planning and executing assignments to rigorous standards entails taking full responsibility for tasks and conducting them in alignment with the firm's and industry's ethical guidelines.
?
Briefing, overseeing, and evaluating the work of junior team members, offering constructive feedback and assistance as required.
?
This is a genuine opportunity with leading M&A firm. Our client are happy to look at experienced Senior Managers looking to make the move into a more Senior role, or candidates who are already at Director level.

As part of the management team, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team in both your local office and wider network to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and staff management.

This local Solihull office is commutable from areas all across the West Midlands, Birmingham and Warwickshire; Coventry, Nuneaton, Shirley, Bromsgrove, Sutton Coldfield, Redditch etc
