We are looking to appoint a meticulous individual who is highly organised and efficient in order to support the work of the Corporate Governance Team.
As an experienced administrator with a track record of servicing Board level committees, the post holder will be part of an experience and professional team but will be expected to work autonomously. This role is primarily focused on providing robus administrative support as Committee Secretariat to the Board's Committees, in order to ensure the smooth functioning of its activities in accordance with the Corporate Governance Framework. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Governance, and working closely with Executive Director Leads and Independent Member Chairs, the role will entail providing administrative support for the servicing of the Board's Committees including the development of Committee work programmes and formal reporting writing.

This agile Working role will require the post holder to work autonomously in managing the workload and priorities to deliver the objectives of the function.
