The Immigration Advice Service is the UK's leading Immigration Service Provider. Each year, we help thousands of people and businesses with their immigration needs.

We have a vacancy for a Corporate Immigration specialist (IAA Level 1, 2 or 3) to join Immigration Advice Service and are seeking applications from suitably qualified and motivated applicants.

Candidates without IAA Level 1 - 3 will not be considered

The role will involve working closely with the BDM and corporate team on some really exciting projects that will involve everything from initial planning to implementation and follow up. You will be responsible for promoting our business and corporate services remotely and in-person. A sound level of immigration experience is required, along with the ability to accurately advise and convert prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will have vast experience of Corporate Immigration and an outgoing personality. Commercial awareness is absolutely essential along with a willingness to learn and grow within our firm. Main Responsibilities



Represent clients before immigration judges, in person or in writing as required, including preparation of cases.

Draft witness statements, skeleton arguments, representations and other complex documents and letters using word-processor.

Prepare and manage applications to the Home Office.

Liaise with Immigration Authorities, other agencies, and groups as required.

Interview and advise clients regarding Immigration law, procedure, and practice. Provide guidance to clients on completion of documents.

Meet specified casework targets and other targets as set by Supervisor.

Work with the business development team to help implement IAS' business development plans and projects.

Provide input on potential new income streams and implement processes to help achieve target.

Host free and paid webinars/seminars and follow-up with prospects.

Assist with the presenting and recording of training sessions.

Attend networking and business events to promote our brand and services.

Required Skills



LLB or Law related degree/diploma in law IAA Level 1, 2 or 3 accreditation is essential Proven experience in a similar, target-driven role Confident in liaising with clients, authorities, and stakeholders Proficient in IT systems such as CRM, Office etc Excellent organisational skills required to keep on top of project workload Ability to work under own initiative with minimal supervision Good presentation/training delivery skills Energetic and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience of closing sales

Working Conditions:



Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m., with occasional extended hours during peak cycles.

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer and engaging in frequent communication.
