Can you see the bigger picture and manage the details that matter? We're seeking a confident, analytical thinker to lead our insurance strategy and risk management at the heart of our UK operations.
Strategic Insurance Management:
Develop and implement insurance strategies that align with business goals in the UK and Ireland. Assess and recommend appropriate coverage for assets, operations, and personnel.
Claims Oversight:
Lead the management of current and legacy insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, legal advisors, investigators, and third-party administrators. Clearly communicate business risks to insurers in line with group policies and legal requirements.
Policy Renewal & Cost Control:
Oversee the renewal and negotiation of insurance policies, including local programme procurement and analysis of regional/global coverage. Manage budgeting and cost control for all insurance-related expenses.
Fleet Accident Management:
Serve as the primary contact for company car fleet accident processes.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Act as the Insurance Gatekeeper for the UK and Ireland.
WHAT YOU OFFER

Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field; ideally with an appropriate professional qualification such as ACII (Insurance Institute).
Proven experience in insurance management within multinational environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions independently.
Solid background in risk management and compliance-related topics; contract negotiation experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and business-aware with the confidence to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
