WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Can you see the bigger picture and manage the details that matter? We're seeking a confident, analytical thinker to lead our insurance strategy and risk management at the heart of our UK operations.

• Strategic Insurance Management: Develop and implement insurance strategies that align with business goals in the UK and Ireland. Assess and recommend appropriate coverage for assets, operations, and personnel.
• Claims Oversight: Lead the management of current and legacy insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, legal advisors, investigators, and third-party administrators. Clearly communicate business risks to insurers in line with group policies and legal requirements.
• Policy Renewal & Cost Control: Oversee the renewal and negotiation of insurance policies, including local programme procurement and analysis of regional/global coverage. Manage budgeting and cost control for all insurance-related expenses.
• Fleet Accident Management: Serve as the primary contact for company car fleet accident processes.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Act as the Insurance Gatekeeper for the UK and Ireland.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field; ideally with an appropriate professional qualification such as ACII (Insurance Institute).
• Proven experience in insurance management within multinational environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions independently.
• Solid background in risk management and compliance-related topics; contract negotiation experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and business-aware with the confidence to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
