We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Law Consultant to join our team. The job holder would work alongside the director and the technical team - they will learn about the different types of share restructures and, following training, progress onto preparing share restructure paperwork and dealing with clients and Companies House. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and bring a positive attitude to the team.

Responsibilities
Advising and quoting clients of our services.
Preparation of legal documents e.g. board minutes, resolutions, draft new articles, Companies House forms.
Preparation of share certificates, CS01s and PSC changes.
Sending out drafted documents to clients.
Responding to client technical/corporate law queries.
Answering phone calls.
Requirements
A minimum of one year's office experience is highly desirable.
Experience in corporate law is highly desirable but not essential.
A degree in Law or a related field, preferred.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing legal documents.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be computer literate.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and time-management.
