The EMEA Litigation team at JPMorganChase handles and advises on a portfolio of matters across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, including contentious regulatory issues and investigations, internal reviews, litigation and arbitration, as well as pre-litigation advice. The team covers all the firm's lines of business in EMEA (Commercial and Investment Bank, Asset and Wealth Management, International Consumer Bank) and corporate firmwide functions (such as Real Estate and Tax). We advise on a wide range of financial and non-financial contentious issues and frequently collaborate on cross-border matters with equivalent teams in North America and the Asia Pacific regions.
As a Corporate - Legal - EMEA Litigation Lawyer - Vice President in the EMEA Litigation team you will work as part of a team of five lawyers in London within the EMEA Legal Department, supported by two paralegals, and will have significant responsibility for handling and advising on your matters. As part of your role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders, including business units and line of business lawyers, as well as external counsel, to deliver strategic outcomes that minimise risk for the firm. You will manage the full life-cycle of matters within your portfolio, working closely with other control functions to manage risk.
