About the Role




We are on the search for an organised and proactive

Corporate Operations Assistant

to play an integral part in our Supply Chain team for a

period of 6 weeks leading up to Christmas

. This is a vital role in supporting with the smooth despatch of corporate Christmas gifting deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely upload of orders into our system and monitoring courier platforms to ensure safe delivery to our customers.


We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a team, sticking to tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.


This role is full time,

40 hours

and based in at the

Daylesford Organic Farm, Gloucestershire

.

Salary: 26,000 per annum

, pro rata for a 6-week fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities



Accurately process and load corporate orders into the system, ensuring all despatches meet client expectations and are fulfilled on time. Collaborate closely with our 3PL warehouse to guarantee smooth order processing, impeccable presentation, and delivery that meets our high-quality standards. Monitor and track corporate orders via courier portals, ensuring safe and timely delivery of all shipments. Maintain strong working relationships with Corporate Operations, Corporate Sales, and Stock Planning teams, ensuring clear, consistent communication and information flow. Partner with the 3PL warehouse and inventory team to monitor corporate stock levels, analyse movements, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate and manage resends or replacements for corporate orders when required. Support wider team objectives and carry out additional duties as requested by management to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Time management skills -able to balance multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and stay productive. Strong punctuality and reliability. Friendly, approachable, and personable, with the ability to build positive relationships.
