Our City firm client is looking for a Corporate Real Estate & Funds Associate to join their dynamic and fast-growing team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional transactions, for many of the world's leading private equity real estate fund managers.
As part of a close-knit, market-leading team, you will gain hands-on experience in:

• Corporate Real Estate M&A transactions
• Complex joint ventures and restructurings
• Club deals and fund formations
• Cross-border matters with global impact.

What you will be doing:

• Advising on Corporate Real Estate M&A and JV deals
• Assisting with fund structuring and formation across UK and offshore jurisdictions
• Collaborating with senior Lawyers and other departments on cross-border work
• Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
• Managing and mentoring junior Lawyers
• Supporting business development and contributing to knowledge initiatives.

• Background in Corporate Real Estate, joint ventures or indirect real estate transactions
• Interest in the real estate asset class
• Commercial mindset and strong drafting skills
• A team player who is proactive, curious and ready to grow.
