Corporate Real Estate Lawyer - Investments - 3+ PQE

Location: London, UK
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join their high-performing Real Estate team in the London office.
Lawyers with a corporate transactional background, particularly those with experience advising on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and joint venture transactions, are also encouraged to apply.
The client base includes a diverse mix of national and international entities, with a particular focus on Private Equity Real Estate managers, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, REITs, and developers/operators.
In this role, the successful candidate will advise on corporate M&A transactions within the real estate sector, as well as all aspects of structuring, restructuring, and exiting joint ventures and other real estate investment structures. The role also involves managing complex real estate mandates and supporting clients throughout the entire lifecycle of real estate investment transactions.
