An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales Manager to join the team.

This is a full-time position that will include regular travel throughout Scotland and sometimes the U,K and is remote working arrangement with some meetings and office days at our Bachilton Farm base outside Perth. However, the role will require you to be on the road networking and attending face-to-face meetings with clients as often as possible.

In general, this role will work Monday to Friday, but we do need flexibility to meet business demands and to support our wider teams. We fully understand the value of our people working flexibly, from a personal perspective as well as a business perspective, and encourage our people to do so when practical and possible

Key Function

- Generate and convert sales leads supporting the growth strategy of the business.

Support Corporate Development by:



Identify potential customers in new markets. Generate business through research, business intelligence and sales activity. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Perform gap analysis to cross-sell all our services

Support Sales Team to

:

Set/agree objectives and sales targets. Build and manage a sales pipeline of clients. Respond to leads generated by brand awareness and marketing activity. Develop proposals, pitch solutions, and negotiate contracts. Act as the main point of contact for new opportunities, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team. Perform gap analysis to cross-sell all our services Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Achieve growth and overachieve sales targets. Implement the strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the senior management team. Identify and Attend Networking events and Exhibitions

Support Client Relationship Management by

:

Manage CRM to ensure accurate client data and activity tracking. Work closely with other departments to generate leads and inform product and service development.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to all levels of an organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercial acumen and understanding of the operational levers which drive success in organisations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
