The Corporate Services Assistant is a part-time role designed to provide essential financial and administrative support to the corporate services and finance team. Working closely with the Finance team and colleagues across departments, the assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining financial recordsand assisting with reports. Duties also include supporting the annual audit process as required, managing cash, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires high attention to detail, numeracy, IT proficiency, and strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is suited to candidates with previous experience in finance or accounts administration. Minimum qualifications include GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.Experience in Sage 50/Xero Accounts systems would be advantageous but not essential. The position offers flexible, part-time hours of 9.30am-2.30pm per day Monday-Friday, 25 hours per week. Additional responsibilities may include supporting general office administration and contributing to process improvements.
