This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with proven EA/PA experience and a strong background in HR administration. The successful candidate will enjoy working across HR, administration, and event coordination to help the business run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administration support to the Managing Director
Maintain HR records training databases, conduct pre-employment checks, and assist with onboarding
Organise receipts and company credit card records
Coordinate internal meetings, events, and the MUN Annual Conference
Manage company communications, reports, and intranet updates
Prepare newsletters and social media posts
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support ad hoc business projects and audits as needed
About You:
Proven experience as an EA/PA or in a similar administrative role
Strong HR administration and organisational skills
Experience planning and managing events is a plus
Knowledge of HRIS systems and employment legislation is desirable
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Proficient in Google Suite and HR systems (e.g., Atlas, Confluence)
Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
Based in Liverpool or willing to commute to the office.
