Corporate Solicitor / Legal Executive (3+ PQE)

Portsmouth (South Coast) | Hybrid working | 35-hour week | Relocation available

We're partnering with a leading, growth-minded law firm to appoint a Corporate lawyer who wants hands-on deal exposure, close client contact, and the room to shape how work gets done. The work you'll do

Lead and run your own caseload across

share and asset sales/purchases

, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and steering due diligence end-to-end. Advise on

corporate governance

,

company restructuring

,

shareholder agreements

, and

employee share schemes

. Act for a varied client base (buyers, sellers, lenders and other stakeholders), providing

clear, commercial advice

that moves decisions forward. Collaborate closely with the Head of Department and broader specialists to deliver joined-up outcomes for clients.

What you'll bring

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or CILEX Lawyer, with 3+ years' corporate experience. Confident drafter and negotiator with strong attention to detail and a calm, professional manner under time pressure. A genuine client-first approach, excellent communication, and a team mindset.
