Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional service and building strong relationships with corporate clients? We're looking for a Corporate Specialist to join our team, providing expert support and guidance to RICS members across multiple communication channels.
- Respond to member enquiries with professionalism and empathy via phone, email, and live chat.
- Act as a trusted advisor for corporate account customers, offering specialist knowledge on RICS membership.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensuring data integrity across internal systems.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify growth opportunities and strengthen engagement.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing customer insights and contributing to system and process develop.
About You
To be a successful candidate in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a customer service role, ideally within a professional or membership-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, relationship-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and confidence managing large data sets.
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and embracing new technologies.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
