A well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to play a central role in its growing tax advisory team. This leadership position offers the chance to manage key client relationships, deliver technical advisory projects and contribute to the long-term development of the tax function. You will collaborate directly with partners and senior stakeholders, helping shape strategic initiatives while supporting team development and client success.

Role Responsibilities

Managing a varied portfolio of corporate clients, delivering both compliance and tailored advisory solutions. Leading high-level assignments such as restructuring, cross-border tax planning and transaction support. Acting as a key advisor to clients, identifying risks and opportunities to add value. Supervising and coaching junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence. Reviewing complex corporate tax returns and computations to ensure quality and accuracy. Staying abreast of evolving tax regulations and translating changes into practical advice.

Personal Requirements

CTA and/or ACA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax. Strong technical expertise across a range of tax matters and advisory areas. Confident communicator with a client-centric approach to problem solving. Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development. Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
